Inside the home
The kitchen is the clearest upgrade here — white shaker cabinets, dark speckled counters, subway tile backsplash, under-cabinet lighting, and a gas range, all redone in 2021. It opens to the main living space and makes the main floor feel current. The rest of the house is a mix. Hardwood floors run through most of the main and upper levels. The upper bathroom is original — pink walls, dark vanity, tile border — and one bedroom still has vintage floral wallpaper. The enclosed sunroom is a generous bonus room but has 1970s-era wood panelling and carpet throughout. The backyard is a real asset: deep lot, established perennial gardens, a large shed with hydro, and a concrete patio off the rear. The basement has a rec room with a gas fireplace and a separate laundry-utility area. Roof replaced 2020.
