The kitchen and upstairs bathroom are the two clearest upgrades here. The kitchen was redone around 2019 with white shaker cabinets, a marble-look tile backsplash, quartz-look counters, and a full stainless appliance set. The upstairs bath followed in 2023 with a new vanity, matte black fixtures, and marble tile — it reads noticeably newer than the rest of the house. The main level flows well from the foyer through the dining area and into the living room, with a sliding door off the kitchen leading to the deck and a deep, fully fenced yard. Laminate floors run throughout both levels and were replaced in 2021 along with the furnace and AC. The basement is partially finished but not photographed — worth a close look in person. No ensuite on the primary bedroom, and the "sitting area" listed as a bonus space is quite small. A practical, well-maintained West Brant two-storey with the expensive updates already done.
