Inside the home
This is a full renovation on a 1976 two-storey in Echo Place — not a refresh. Every surface has been redone, from the white-painted brick exterior and new siding to the quartz kitchen, all four bathrooms, and the finished basement. The design runs consistent through all three levels: grey walls, light laminate floors, shaker cabinets, and dark shiplap fireplace feature walls. The kitchen is the centrepiece — grey shaker cabinets, quartz island with breakfast bar, LG stainless appliances, and a wall-mount range hood over a quartz slab backsplash. The primary bedroom gets two feature walls, a walk-in closet with custom built-ins, and a private ensuite. The basement adds real square footage: a media room with its own electric fireplace, a wet bar with wine fridge, a dedicated laundry room, a full bath, and a flex room. A side door provides separate basement access. New roof, furnace, and AC round out the mechanical upgrades.
