Inside the home
This 1952 brick bungalow-and-a-half has been taken down to the studs and put back together. The kitchen, all three bathrooms, flooring, and basement are all new work — not cosmetic updates. The kitchen is the centrepiece: grey shaker cabinets, full-height quartz backsplash, LG stainless appliances, and a waterfall island that opens to the living area. A black shiplap fireplace wall with a raw timber mantle anchors both the main floor and the finished basement rec room, giving the house a consistent design thread top to bottom. The basement adds two more bedrooms and a combined bath and laundry room. Outside, new cedar decks wrap the front and back of the house, and the yard is fully fenced. The upper floor holds the primary bedroom and a second bedroom, both with sloped ceilings — workable for sleeping, less so for storage. No garage on site.
